Project Overview

One Hundred King is a major redevelopment project in downtown Chatham led by Rob Myers and his team. As the project prepared for its public reveal, a website was needed to introduce the development and generate interest from potential retail tenants. I collaborated with the Exordia Creative team to design and launch a conversion-focused coming soon page that could clearly present the project while capturing inquiries from businesses interested in leasing space.

The project moved quickly due to the upcoming public announcement.

What We Built

The website was designed and launched in under ten days, focusing on clarity, credibility, and conversion for commercial tenants.

  • Designed a focused launch landing page for the redevelopment project.
  • Structured messaging to appeal to retail and commercial tenants.
  • Built clear inquiry pathways for leasing interest.
  • Supported the public announcement of the development project.

Outcome

Following the public reveal, the website received significant traffic as the project was introduced to the community.

  • Over 20,000 visitors accessed the site during the initial launch period.
  • The landing page helped introduce the redevelopment to potential retail partners.
  • The project established an early digital presence for the One Hundred King development.

The building is currently nearing completion, with the redevelopment expected to be finished in 2026.
