Overview

Enhanced Concrete is a contractor-focused business that was launching a new division for concrete services alongside their existing landscaping work. They needed a high-performing, conversion-focused website that could clearly separate the concrete offering and generate consistent quote requests and bookings.

My Role

I led the design and build end-to-end, working closely with the contractor to develop a site structure that was clear, trustworthy, and optimized for lead generation. The project included multiple feedback rounds to make sure the final result matched the client’s services, workflow, and customer needs.

The Challenge

The main challenge was creating a website that felt professional and modern, while also being highly practical for a local service business. It needed to build credibility fast, make services easy to understand, and guide visitors toward booking without friction.

The Solution

Over the course of about a month, we worked back and forth refining both the design and the conversion flow. I developed a clean, structured layout with strong service messaging and implemented a more sophisticated booking/request system to make it easy for customers to take the next step. Key elements included:

  • Clear service hierarchy and fast scanning layout
  • Trust-building sections to improve credibility
  • Conversion-first CTAs and lead capture placement
  • A refined booking/quote request experience

Outcome

The final site delivered a polished concrete-focused online presence that supports lead generation and booking requests. The result is a professional, conversion-optimized website built to help the concrete division grow and attract the right customers.
