Overview

One Hundred King is a redevelopment project in downtown Chatham, Ontario. The goal was to create a clean, modern landing page that could generate early interest and communicate the vision for the space while building credibility with both potential retail tenants and the local community.

My Role

I worked alongside Exdoria Creative on this project, supporting the web design direction and execution of the landing page experience. The project was led by Rob Myers (Chatham, ON), who purchased the former mall property and needed a strong online presence to support the next phase of development.

The Challenge

This website needed to speak to two audiences at once:

  • Retail and business clients who might be interested in leasing space
  • Everyday citizens of Chatham who wanted to understand what was coming next

The site also needed to feel credible, modern, and “high-end” while staying clear and simple enough for fast communication.

The Solution

We designed a high-converting landing page that focused on clarity, trust, and early lead capture. Key elements included:

  • A bold “Coming Soon” hero section with strong messaging
  • Clear calls-to-action to encourage signups and interest
  • A structured layout that explains what to expect from the redevelopment
  • A clean, modern visual style that feels professional and investment-ready

Outcome

The final result was a polished, conversion-focused landing page designed to support early-stage interest and momentum. It helps position One Hundred King as a serious redevelopment project while giving both tenants and residents a clear way to stay informed and take the next step.
